We know how frustrating it can be to be sat alone ‘in drab’ between girl and boy, contemplating the ‘what might have been’. It may be that you have issues you would like to discuss about dressing and personal circumstances – for instance with another person, or with a tgirl who has faced and addressed the issues and come to terms with them to enable her to move on and enjoy a life of femininity.
In all cases, we are here to listen and to help you with expressing and understanding your situation, with sensitivity, with empathy and without judgement. We can listen, offer advice and give an opinion as you desire, though I must stress, this is under no circumstances official, qualified counselling, more a ‘sympathetic ear’.

About Us
Hello, I’m Hillary, or Hills as I prefer, and I'm the host of The Girl Inside. During a long career in advertising and marketing in London with its rich diversity of people, cultures and pastimes I was introduced to and became fascinated by the lovely people in the transgender and crossdressing community, little realising how vast a population it is, both in the UK and worldwide.
I’ve met many who wanted to find and explore their true feminine self; some of whom have become close friends over time and I am proud that I have nurtured and helped them to grow in confidence - to feel more self-assured to dress, try new styles and to be able to enjoy a lifestyle, social events, or ultimately, to blend with the public at large.
With that modest success and having moved out of London I decided to create The Girl Inside in the hope that I can help more girls to become their beautiful self and derive as much pleasure from their femininity as possible. To do that I use supremely skilled local Makeup Artists, who are fully qualified and award-winning in their profession – Portia, with a Diploma from the Cambridge Academy in Makeup Artistry, and Aldona, recent winner of the Prestige Award for Best Makeup Artist 20/21 for Central England.
